Having competed at the Preliminary level while a young rider, I am now bringing my ex-racehorse, Zephyr (a descendant of My Babu, Bold Ruler, & Ribot) up through the levels. When I am not with my horse, I am a Ph.D. student in sociology at Case Western Reserve University.

This site evolved initially in response to receiving a riding scholarship, the United States Eventing Association's 2002 Worth The Trust Amatuer Scholarship, as a way to demonstrate the academic, athletic, community service, and equestrian endeavors tied to receiving this scholarship. Since then, it has seemingly grown a life of it's own. The other pages grew as off-shoots, mostly to indulge my mother's (the brains behind this webpage) wishes to highlight my (mis)adventures in the spirits of a good laugh (see pic of me on my first pony!).
